Job summary

Ama is seeking a Founding GTM to build the company’s pipeline and go-to-market strategy. You will work directly with the Founder to identify and reach out to infrastructure project leaders across hyperscalers, utilities, banks, and agencies, turning conversations into qualified meetings.

You’ll craft engaging emails, leverage AI-assisted outreach, and represent Ama at industry events to drive growth and refine our messaging based on market feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and persuasive email copy.
• Willing to work hard on meaningful work beyond standard hours.
• Daily use of AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline by researching buyers across hyperscalers, utilities, banks, developers, and agencies.
• Book meetings through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and calls to fill the calendar with qualified conversations.
• Write emails and messaging that busy executives actually read and respond to.
• Attend conferences and industry events with the Founder to turn conversations into meetings.
• Automate the motion using AI agents to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Relay market feedback to the team to sharpen pitch and product.
