Job summary

Terac seeks a founding account executive to own substantial pieces of the GTM motion and help shape the future of our platform.

You will close deals, onboard customers, drive adoption, and represent Terac at conferences, working closely with the CEO to scale the business and build partnerships with market researchers and product teams.

This role demands a hands-on, relentless founder mentality with willingness to write the playbook in an unstructured startup environment.

Qualifications

• Generalist mindset capable of switching between selling, supporting customers, and evangelizing the product.
• Revenue-facing focus driving growth and retention; not an ops role.
• Scrappy and autonomous as the first GTM hire, able to write the playbook in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Manage inbound leads, run demos, and close deals.
• Customer Success: Own the post-sale relationship, onboard customers, drive adoption and long-term value.
• Growth & Community: Represent Terac at conferences and events to build market awareness.
