Job summary

Alnu Health is seeking a Founding Growth & Partnerships Lead to own and scale our customer lifecycle from inbound leads through long-term partner success. You will work directly with leadership to drive new business, onboard customers, and ensure they are successful on the Alnu Health Platform.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the center of our growth. You’ll be both strategic and practical, building the foundation for how we acquire, implement, and grow customer relationships, with

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, customer success, or implementation.
• Proactive about adopting new tools to boost productivity and scale output.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals.
• Experience implementing tech and driving adoption with customers.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, comfortable without strict structure.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound sales funnel from outreach to close.
• Run product demos and guide prospects through buying process.
• Manage pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Build strong relationships with clinics, providers, and partners.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and smooth adoption.
