Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Partnerships Growth Associate to scale our partnership operations from the ground up. You’ll act as a high-leverage operator, driving outreach and nurture engines, and partner closely with the Head of Partnerships.

You will multiply the capacity of channel leads across investors, partners, and advisors, with a clear path toward owning a partnership channel of your own.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in partnerships or BD.
• Experience with outreach to investors/partners/advisors.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Stand up sourcing and outbound outreach engine across channels.
• Manage partner materials pipeline with Marketing.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and day-to-day operations.
• Act as chief-of-staff-style partner to Head of Partnerships.
• Track success metrics and reporting.
