Build.MD is looking for a Founding GTM Lead to own growth from market selection to live, growing our chain of physician practices with a data-driven approach. You will shape brand messaging, drive a scalable pipeline, and establish partnerships in a founding role.

You will manage full-cycle sales, activate practices to live status, and leverage AI-driven tools to optimize outreach and content. A startup mindset and independence are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to independent physician practices and medical groups.
• Built the commercial side: brand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Comfortable in marketing and sales; can write outreach content doctors read.
• Experience with AI/automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define market plan and segments based on data.
• Own brand, messaging, website, content, LinkedIn, and events.
• Build outbound/inbound pipeline and partnerships.
• Own full-cycle sales from sourcing to close.
• Activate and grow practices to live status.
• Manage AI stack and systems to support outreach.
