Candid Health is seeking a Partnerships Growth Associate to help build and scale our partnership operations from the ground up. You will act as a high-leverage commercial operator—driving outreach and nurture engines, and working closely as a chief-of-staff-style thought partner to the Head of Partnerships.

You will touch investors, partners, and advisors, multiplying the capacity of channel leads and paving a path toward owning a partnership channel of your own.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with investor and/or advisor outreach is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and operate with ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Stand up a sourcing and outreach engine across investors, partners, and advisors.
• Lead generation: maintain a steady cadence of qualified leads and meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage partner materials pipeline.
• Maintain CRM, trackers, and documentation for day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a chief-of-staff-style partner to the Head of Partnerships and relay market signals.
