Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
• High degree of organisation and attention to detail.
• Initiative to spot what needs doing and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives, operations, and growth for Catapult.
• Own high-impact projects from concept through implementation.
