Jack, an ambitious early-stage consumer AI company, is seeking a Founding Growth operator to partner with the co-founder and turn early GTM into a repeatable national growth engine. You will lead city launches, develop a scalable playbook, and drive partnerships, creator programs, and multi-channel growth initiatives.
You’ll own launch plans, budgets, timelines, and metrics, while collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership.
We’re partnering with a stealth, venture-backed AI consumer startup that is rethinking how people form meaningful romantic connections.
Instead of another swipe-based dating app, the company uses conversational AI to understand users on a much deeper level, identify compatible matches, and help move those connections toward real-world dates.
The company has already grown to more than 10,000 users in San Francisco, raised approximately $10M in seed funding from Forerunner Ventures, NFX, and Pear VC, and is now expanding city by city across the U.S. The team is approximately 18 people, engineering-heavy, and includes experienced builders from companies such as Uber, Uber Eats, and Afterpay.
They’re now hiring a Founding Growth operator to work directly with the co-founder and help turn the company’s early GTM motion into a repeatable national growth engine.
This is a hands‑on growth role for someone who knows how to take an idea from concept to execution, measure what happened, and build the systems needed to repeat it.
You’ll help create the playbook for launching new cities, including San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and future markets.
You’ll sit at the center of growth execution across partnerships, creators, city launches, budgets, timelines, acquisition, and performance measurement.
This is not a pure strategy role, traditional business development role, or quota‑carrying sales position.
The team is not looking for an AE, SDR, or someone who primarily builds strategy decks while others execute.
They want someone who has personally driven growth, operated in messy startup environments, and can turn creative ideas into measurable, repeatable execution.
Within the first 90 days, you’ll help turn the company’s current GTM approach into a more organized, scalable, and repeatable launch playbook.
You won’t be starting from zero. The company already has meaningful traction, early growth data, existing experiments, partnerships, and an initial launch framework.
The opportunity is to make that system faster, smarter, and more repeatable as the company expands nationally.
