Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management companies. You will own growth channels, generate qualified leads, and turn attention into demo bookings and customers.

You’ll work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up. You may focus on a single channel or multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is a plus.
• Ability to generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, launch campaigns, and own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments fast and scale what works; optimize hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to articulate product value.
