Base360.ai in the United States is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers — turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

You'll own a growth channel end to end or run across several, with campaigns spanning paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle initiatives. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role that starts with the founder and grows with the company.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what slows them down to drive product adoption.
• Run fast experiments; test hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first contact to paying customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to attract operators.
