Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

You may own a single channel or run multiple, deploying paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, or funnels to find what works and drive growth. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with direct collaboration with the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or marketing to property managers.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Founding/growth-stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end-to-end or manage multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what slows them down to drive product-market fit.
• Run experiments, test hooks/audiences/funnels, and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from impression to demo to paying customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to attract operators.
