Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management companies — and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

We are open to owning a single channel or running across several: paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels — and we want someone who can find what works and make it grow with the founder, quickly building our growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Fast learners who can pick up new channels quickly and own growth initiatives.
• Hungry to excel in growth and become among the best in the field.
• AI-savvy; uses modern tools to test ideas, automate tasks, and move faster.
• Resourceful, self-directed, and able to work without detailed instructions.
• Analytical and comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insights into action.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or marketing to property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what slows them down; translate into growth experiments.
• Run experiments fast; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
