Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to lead and scale our go-to-market efforts for short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels, drive demo bookings, and build a data-driven engine using AI-powered research, copy, targeting, and automation.

You may focus on a single channel or multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own growth channels end to end and drive results.
• Familiar with using AI to improve research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or marketing to property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and partnerships.
• Understand customers and what slows them down; learn what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments, test hooks and audiences, scale what works.
• Use AI to gain an edge in research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to demo booking.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to highlight product capabilities.
• Track performance: measure lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
