Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers, turning attention into demo bookings and qualified leads. You may own a single channel or run across several, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role offers direct work with the founder, rapid experimentation, and the opportunity to build our growth engine from the ground up with AI-powered insights.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth for SaaS products and platforms.
• Proven ability to generate qualified demand and demo bookings.
• Comfort with data, attribution, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or manage multiple channels.
• Create and optimize campaigns for paid ads, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Build and test funnels, hooks, audiences, and offers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, and CAC; optimize accordingly.
