Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management companies — turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

We’re open to owning a single channel or spanning several: paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels. This hands-on role lets you work directly with the founder and build our growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own growth channels and drive results.
• Experience across paid ads, SEO, outbound and partnerships.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or across several channels with strategy and execution.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through campaigns.
• Understand customers and what speeds adoption of the product.
• Run experiments and scale what works, using AI to improve research, copy and targeting.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging; track performance.
