Job summary

Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own a growth channel or multiple channels, launch campaigns, and drive demo bookings and customer signups.

You’ll work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up. You’ll use paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels to find what works and scale it.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships
• Understand customer needs and what slows them down; translate insights into growth initiatives
• Run rapid experiments; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers and scale successful ones
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to demo booking
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to showcase product capabilities
• Track performance; evaluate lead quality, CAC, and pipeline contribution and explain findings
