Job summary

Base360.ai in the United States is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

You’ll own a growth channel or multiple channels, using paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to build our growth engine from the ground up with direct collaboration with the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth engines for B2B SaaS or marketing to property managers.
• Ability to own a channel end-to-end or work across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end-to-end or run across several channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customer operations of property managers and what drives software switching.
• Run fast experiments, test hooks and funnels, and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages from impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging for Base360.
