Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. You may own a single channel or run across several—paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels—while building our growth engine from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working directly with the founder, experimenting quickly, and driving growth by applying AI

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and manage campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings.
• Understand how property managers operate and what slows them down.
• Run experiments quickly and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert at each step.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to attract operators.
• Track performance, measure lead quality and conversion, and explain what's working and why.
