Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive bookings and qualified leads among short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels, experiment rapidly, and partner with the founder to shape go-to-market strategy.

You may focus on a single channel or operate across several—paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels—using AI to accelerate results and scale the growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS or startups.
• Ability to own a growth channel end to end and drive results.
• Analytical with strong data attribution and action-oriented insights.
• Bonus: hands-on with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, launch campaigns, and own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments fast; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to demo booking and paying customer.
• Track performance: lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
