Job summary

Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management teams. You will own growth channels end-to-end or run across several, creating campaigns that generate qualified leads and demo bookings.

You will experiment fast, applying AI to research, copy, targeting and automation, and you will collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to build a scalable growth engine from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and managing growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to design and optimize funnels from awareness to demo booking.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing tasks.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end-to-end and drive results.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings.
• Understand customers: property managers and operators.
• Run rapid experiments and scale what works.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages.
