Base360.ai seeks a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers, turning attention into demo bookings and qualified leads. You may own a single channel or run across several—paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels—to grow our growth engine.

You will work directly with the founder in a hands-on, entrepreneurial role, building scalable campaigns and a market-ready growth framework from the ground up.

• AI-savvy and able to use modern tools to speed ideas.
• Resourceful, self-directed and able to operate with minimal guidance.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Focus on commercial results: demand and customers, not just impressions.
• Bonus: experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or marketing to property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or manage multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, partnerships.
• Learn customer operations and identify what slows managers down and drives software switching.
• Run fast experiments: hooks, audiences, funnels, offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build conversion funnels and landing pages from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to articulate product value.
• Measure lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution.
