Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to propel adoption among short-term rental operators and property managers. You will own growth channels, design experiments, and partner with the founder to craft positioning and messaging that drives demos and paid customers.

You’ll move quickly in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setting, leveraging AI tools to automate research, copy, targeting, and content. Expect ownership from day one and a path to build a growth team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own growth channels end-to-end and drive results.
• Experience generating qualified leads and demo bookings across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted growth strategies and modern marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels, set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, partnerships.
• Understand customers and what drives their software choices; optimize funnels and messaging.
• Run experiments quickly, test hooks, audiences, funnels, offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to aid research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build and optimize landing pages and funnels to convert impressions into customers.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging for Base360, track performance and explain outcomes.
