Job summary

Simple AI, SF-based startup, seeks a Growth Marketer to build and scale its demand-generation engine. You will own performance marketing and paid acquisition, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline and revenue from enterprise customers.

You will launch, optimize, and scale paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns, while testing out-of-home opportunities such as billboards and transit ads. You will work cross-functionally with sales and the content team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or technical company.
• Launched and optimized paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Manage budgets and improve acquisition efficiency, with a track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline.
• Familiar with attribution, funnel analysis, and metrics like CAC and ROAS.
• Design and run structured experiments across audiences, creative, landing pages, and channels.
• Strong creative judgment and collaboration with content and design.
• Able to take campaigns from idea to launch and align with sales.

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
• Test out-of-home opportunities such as billboards and transit ads.
• Own campaigns end to end—from audience targeting to landing pages, budget, and measurement.
• Collaborate with sales and our content and creative team to improve conversion and identify effective channels.
