Method Recruiting is seeking a Founding Marketing Lead for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS startup in New York. You will build the marketing function from the ground up, partnering with Sales to win multi-stakeholder deals and shaping our external presence across content, events, and narratives.

This is a hands-on founding role with growing responsibility as the company scales, requiring comfort with ambiguity, data-driven decision making, and fluency with AI tools to accelerate demand and awareness.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in marketing, ideally leading in a sales-led ABM motion for complex deals.
• Founding or early-stage startup experience with high ownership.
• Analytical and able to measure campaign impact and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing function at a fast-scaling AI startup.
• Own external presence: content, events, and strategic narrative.
• Partner with Sales on high-stakes pursuits and ABM programs.
• Experiment with GTM and AI-enabled demand generation.
