Job summary

Searchability® is hiring a Founding Marketer in Midtown Manhattan to build the marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll own content, messaging, and brand, while running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.

As the first dedicated marketer, you’ll work directly with the founders to craft the go-to-market and scale marketing as the business grows, with a clear path to leading a future marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
• B2B SaaS/startup experience.
• Proven track record creating high-quality marketing content.
• Hands-on paid advertising experience across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
• Ability to run independently and move quickly.
• Experience translating AI/tech into enterprise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy: case studies, customer stories, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn.
• Shape messaging, positioning and brand for a first-marketing hire.
• Lead conferences and events from strategy to execution.
• Run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
• Experiment with creative growth and AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Develop sales collateral and demo materials; handle objections.
• Turn complex AI tech into a compelling enterprise story.

We’re looking for a Founding Marketer to join a fast-growing AI platform transforming how major construction capital programmes are managed.

Midtown Manhattan

Hybrid

Typically 3 days per week in office

This is the first marketing hire.

No inherited team. No agency doing the work. No established playbook.

You’ll work directly with the founders to define the message, build the brand and create the marketing engine that drives the company’s next stage of growth.

You’ll own:

• Content – case studies, customer stories, blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn
• Messaging, positioning and brand
• Conferences and events from strategy through to execution
• Paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta
• Creative growth experiments and AI-powered marketing workflows
• Sales collateral, demo materials and objection handling
• Turning complex AI technology into a compelling story for enterprise buyers
• 3–7 years’ B2B marketing experience
• B2B SaaS/startup experience
• Evidence of actually creating great marketing content
• Hands-on paid advertising experience
• A genuine 0-to-1 mentality
• The confidence to operate independently and move quickly

Experience across AI, construction tech, proptech, AEC, data infrastructure or enterprise software would be a major bonus.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit someone else's marketing machine.
