Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help us reach short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels, design campaigns, and turn experimentation into revenue, demo bookings, and customers.

You’ll work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up, using paid ads, content, SEO, and partnerships to drive qualified demand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-channel growth initiatives.
• Ability to turn experiments into scalable campaigns.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own growth channel strategy end to end, or manage multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals.
• Understand customers and what makes them switch software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale successful hooks, audiences, and funnels.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build conversion-focused funnels and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track performance with CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
