Base360.ai is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer in Houston to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will own channels, run campaigns, and turn attention into qualified leads and demos for a game-changing AI operating system for short-term rental businesses.

You'll work directly with the founder, experiment rapidly, and create scalable growth processes across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships. Ownership from day one is core.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels; set strategy and launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships.
• Understand property-management customers, their pains, and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments quickly; test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging; translate product capabilities into clear reasons to choose Base360.
• Track performance: lead quality, conversions, CAC, and pipeline contribution; explain what's working.
