Job summary

Clients Blackbox Inc. is seeking an experienced individual for a hands-on sales and marketing role. You will manage the complete sales process and execute internal marketing strategies designed to generate qualified appointments for our clients.

This fully remote position offers a base salary of $85,000 with performance-based commission, leading to OTE of about $150,000. The role provides opportunities to lead and build a team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns.
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Develop and execute the internal marketing strategy.
• Run strategy and pitch presentations for inbound prospects.
• Manage a full sales pipeline, including objections and follow-ups.
• Create and direct marketing assets like ads and landing pages.
