Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a dedicated sales and marketing professional to drive both sales processes and marketing strategies. This role involves managing everything from introductory calls to closing contracts and running advertising campaigns.

The compensation includes a base salary of $85,000, with on-target earnings of approximately $150,000, plus opportunities for sales team leadership as the company expands. You will work directly with the founding team in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation.
• Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Comfortable operating in both sales and marketing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the US and available during standard hours.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own sales process from initial conversation to contract.
• Conduct all sales calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage sales pipeline and develop playbooks.
• Operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop broader marketing strategy including content and demand generation.
• Create marketing assets like ads and landing pages.
