Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing collateral like pitch decks and case studies.
• Manage contract support and oversee MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Update CRM and maintain sales content library.
• Lead prospect and customer calls, drafting clear communication.
• Project-manage long sales cycles and manage timelines.
