Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Founding Growth Engineer to join its founding GTM team in person in SF or NY. You will own the full demand-generation motion, build scalable GTM systems, and craft narratives, campaigns, and partnerships to drive demand.

You will be a storyteller, builder, and operator who translates customer insights into stronger messaging, programs, and growth experiments while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to sharpen ICP and scale impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in growth or demand generation, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth B2B technology company.
• Exceptional storyteller with examples turning insights into content and campaigns that created demand and strengthened a brand.
• Creative, account-based growth programs across channels like outbound, content, referrals, events, partnerships, and community.
• Technical and systems-minded; comfortable with data, building workflows and automations, and evaluating GTM tools to scale growth.
• Analytical and experimental; able to test ideas and scale what works.
• Deeply cross-functional operator who partners with Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams to sharpen ICP and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Build our demand-generation engine across channels to create qualified demand.
• Develop growth systems, automate workflows, and scale GTM motion with tooling.
• Create narratives and campaigns to position Lighthouse as a leading immigration tech brand.
• Define segmentation, account strategy, and outbound messaging; test new reach strategies.
• Turn customer insights into compelling stories, campaigns, and growth programs.
• Experiment with new channels and programs, measure impact on pipeline, and scale the successful ones.
