Job summary

Sphere is seeking a Founding Growth Lead based in San Francisco to work closely with the Founder to amplify our brand messaging, build out direct and partner channels, establish our presence in numerous international markets and take us to $100m+ in ARR.

We will drive growth through social, SEO, product-led strategies, and partnerships, while expanding internationally. You’ll own growth end-to-end in a fast-moving, flat team with five days in SF.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building growth channels for B2B software.
• Early-stage startup experience building processes from scratch.
• Active social media presence driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and build out direct channels including social, SEO, and product-led growth.
• Develop and expand partner channels in the US and internationally.
• Set up international GTM operations and enable growth in multiple regions.
