Job summary

Fifth Dimension in New York is hiring a Growth Lead to build and scale our enterprise demand generation motion. You’ll own outbound, nurture, events, lifecycle and ABM experiments, partnering with sales to create repeatable systems and a clear pipeline.

This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, translating insights into executable plans and AI-enabled workflows across channels. You’ll work from a base in the US market, applying frameworks, testing hypotheses, and shaping GTM priorities

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation or GTM operations
• Experience building from 0–1 or 0.5–1 in early-stage or scaling companies
• Collaboration with enterprise sales and building end-to-end workflows
• Hands-on execution with ABM and multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize outbound and nurture workflows across email, LinkedIn, events and campaigns
• Own and improve enterprise pipeline engine and funnel visibility
• Manage growth workflows in HubSpot with account-level insights
• Design and measure growth experiments across channels
• Develop ABM tests and report results to iterate strategy
• Improve targeting, sequencing and conversion across the funnel
• Create clear reporting and visibility of growth performance
• Collaborate with SDRs and sales to lift lead quality and follow-up
• Engage buying group with tailored messaging to move stakeholders
• Set growth priorities with leadership and refine GTM rhythms
• Add structure and operational rigor to demand generation
• Shape the growth function as the company scales
