Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Built and shipped full‑stack applications end-to-end.
• Able to turn broad ideas into shipped products.
• Strong frontend and backend skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full‑stack products that leverage AI capabilities to solve complex problems.
• Own projects end‑to‑end from prototyping to production deployment.
• Design and develop intuitive user experiences across frontend and backend.
• Build scalable, reliable systems on top of OpenAI platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and customers to translate insights into products.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI capabilities guided by user feedback.
