Job summary

MAVI is seeking a Founding Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for internal teams, spanning tech and non-tech roles, collaborating closely with the founders and leadership team. You will design hiring strategies, build scalable processes, and attract exceptional talent globally in a remote-first setup.

This high-impact role offers ownership in shaping growth, fast-paced collaboration with founders, and metrics-driven hiring practices across regions including LATAM and APAC experience

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to hire both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise across geographies (LATAM focus; APAC exposure a plus).
• Experience vetting candidates through structured interviews and assessments.
• Data-driven mindset with recruitment metrics & KPIs tracking.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and job boards.
• Prior experience hiring finance or accounting talent is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Builder mindset: adaptable, proactive, and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for MAVI’s internal roles across tech and non-tech functions.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across regions, with LATAM focus.
• Build and nurture proprietary talent pipelines and networks.
• Screen, vet, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with hiring bar.
• Define, track, and improve recruitment KPIs and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with founders, TA teammates, and engineering to introduce automation and process improvements.
