Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Tech Recruiter to build our team as we embark on a new growth phase. You’ll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage the world’s best talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency
• Thrives in startup environments and fast-moving, high-growth settings
• Clear written and verbal communication; makes candidates feel valued
• Well-connected in recruiting community with a personal brand (LinkedIn, network)
• Care about quality, processes, and candidate experience
• Open to flexible remote freelance work

Responsibilities

• Build Pragmatike's recruiting function from scratch and partner with founders to shape hiring strategy
• Recruit across multiple functions, from engineering to GTM, with fast iteration and high impact
• Design recruiting processes, systems, and standards and own candidate experience
