Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience in senior living.
• Prior lease-up sales and marketing experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community lease-up and overall operational launch from day one.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee occupancy development in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Provide hands-on supervision and empower staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
