Job summary

Gardant Management Solutions seeks an Executive Director to lead the lease-up of Heritage Woods of Kenwood in Cincinnati, OH. This founding leadership role shapes culture and operations from day one, guiding residents, families, and the team.

You will oversee budgeting, performance improvement, compliance, and collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Prior sales and marketing experience for lease-up Community required.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

• Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development
