Heritage Woods of Des Plaines in Illinois seeks an Executive Director to lead our lease-up from the ground up, shaping culture and operations from day one for our first residents and families who walk through our doors. This founding role offers a rare opportunity to set the standard for care that embodies love, compassion, and dignity.

You will supervise operations, drive quality and compliance with state and federal regulations, and partner with marketing to grow occupancy while maintaining

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Prior sales and marketing experience for lease-up Community required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
