Job summary

Vivera of Northbrook is seeking an Executive Director to lead the lease-up of a brand-new Community from the ground up. You will shape culture and operations from day one, ensuring residents receive meaningful, compassionate care in a dignified environment.

Responsibilities include driving quality initiatives, supervising staff, managing the budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance while partnering with marketing to grow occupancy and community presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Prior sales and marketing experience for lease-up Community required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall management and financial performance of the Community.
• Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Develops and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages residents and families to foster a warm, compassionate environment.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales to drive occupancy development.
