United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion into Europe. You will own large complex deals across Western Europe and the DACH region, shaping our international sales strategy from the ground up, in a fully remote setting.

With 4–8 years in SaaS sales, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build a scalable European pipeline, align product with new markets, and drive uncapped revenue while growing with the role.

Qualifikationen

• 4-8 years in SaaS sales, currently in a Mid-Market or Enterprise AE position, with a focus on Western European markets.
• A consistent track record of hitting quota.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong written communication; autonomous work style.

• Hunt creatively. Build the European pipeline from scratch.
• Sell solutions across research, marketing, and HR domains.
• Drive revenue with uncapped commission and strong support.
• Build the playbook; feed learnings back to product, marketing, and leadership.
