Tremendous is hiring a Founding Mid-Market Account Executive to drive our expansion into Europe. You’ll identify, prospect, and secure new business across Western Europe and the DACH region, while partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor our offering for new markets.

As a founding team member, you’ll help shape the international sales strategy, with a focus on German and English communications, in a fully remote, documentation-first environment that values autonomy and rapid

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of software sales experience, focusing on Western European markets.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business across Western Europe and the DACH region.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align Tremendous product with new markets.
• As part of the founding team, shape the direction of our international sales strategy from the ground up.
