Willow, a voice dictation app, is hiring its first dedicated sales hire in San Francisco, CA. As Founding Account Executive you will craft an enterprise sales motion from scratch, working directly with the CEO and an external advisory team to turn product-led adoption into contracts and growth.

You must live in the SF Bay Area or relocate, be ready for an in-person, high-ownership role, and target enterprise customers in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building an enterprise sales motion for a SaaS product.
• Ability to convert product-led adoption into enterprise contracts.
• Willingness to be based in San Francisco and lead in-person sales activities.
