Job summary

Violet Labs is building the home base for engineering teams and the connective tissue for their data. We are developing a software platform to revolutionize how products are engineered, with a team that has built complex hardware for Google, NASA, SpaceX, Waymo and Amazon.

This role is ideal for ambitious engineers with entrepreneurial goals and a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS. You will own the complete sales cycle, pursue regulated accounts, and help shape the product roadmap while

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals.
• Experience selling into aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models and system integrations.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR compliance or regulatory procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract.
• Build and work outbound pipeline into aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing accounts.
• Run discovery with VPs of Engineering, PLM/MES/ERP admins, digital transformation leads.
• Partner with the founder on technical evaluations and pilot scoping.
• Navigate security review, ITAR/CUI questionnaires, and government-adjacent procurement.
• Document what works: ICP, qualification criteria, objection handling, pricing feedback.
• Feed the product roadmap with what you hear in the field.
• Help us decide what the next sales and marketing hires should be.
