Job summary

Bluebird, a fast-growing European AI startup building an agentic security and governance platform, is seeking a Founding Enterprise Account Executive in New York to drive enterprise deals from discovery to close. You’ll work directly with the founders and own the US business, with early-stage equity and high-velocity opportunities.

You’ll target heads of risk, compliance, and information security, landing initial deals in the $50K-$100K range and expanding to platform licences $150K+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling GRC, third-party risk, security or compliance software to regulated buyers.
• Proven track record of closing new-logo deals of $50K-$250K, 4–6 month cycles.
• Able to self-source a meaningful portion of pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on enterprise deals.
• Self-source pipeline through prospecting ~30%.
• Sell to risk, compliance, third-party risk and information security leaders.
• Close new-logo deals on 4–6 month cycles with a $1.2M quota.
• Collaborate with founders on complex opportunities.
• Be a founding member and help grow the US business.
