TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Enterprise AE to own end-to-end enterprise deals for a technically sophisticated security/infrastructure product. You will hunt logos, engage engineers and executives, and close high-value contracts alongside the founding team.

The ideal candidate has a track record of closing complex software deals, a hunter mentality, and hands-on use of AI tools to optimize workflows while partnering with founders on strategy and pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record of closing technical or infrastructure software at a high level.
• Enterprise sales experience with proven ability to multi-thread complex deals.
• Genuine technical aptitude - comfortable understanding AI and infrastructure concepts and conversing with engineers.

Aufgaben

• Source, run, and close enterprise sales cycles for a technically complex product.
• Multi-thread deals across engineering, security, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate credibly with technical buyers and engineers.
• Partner closely with the founders on strategy, messaging, and pipeline.
• Travel with the team to meet customers as needed.
• Help build the foundation of the sales org as one of the first AEs.
