Job summary

Apollo Research is seeking its founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle end to end for Watcher, our coding agent security product. You will run discovery, demos, technical evaluations, and pilot programs with security and engineering leaders.

You will map accounts, build the playbook, negotiate deals, and close multi-stakeholder contracts. This London-based, in-person role offers a base salary, equity, visa sponsorship, and opportunities to influence product positioning and GTM

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing enterprise deals as an individual contributor.
• Experience selling to security and engineering buyers.
• Comfort with startup pace and ambiguity; ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end to end (discovery, demos, negotiations, close).
• Run discovery and technical evaluations with security and engineering leaders.
• Drive POCs with success metrics and pilot momentum.
• Build the playbook, messaging, and collateral for GTM; write down what works.
