Job summary

bareinsights seeks an on-site Deployment Strategist in New York to own the entire post-sales journey for mid-market and enterprise clients, from onboarding through value realization. You will build playbooks and scalable processes as the first Deployment Strategist.

You'll lead onboarding, drive adoption, and engage executives on workflows, integrations, and security. This role requires 3–6 years in customer success or similar roles at B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Deployment Strategy, or a similar post-sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record leading enterprise onboarding and customer training programs.
• Background from high-growth tech companies, top-tier tech consulting firms, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong technical fluency with product functionality, workflows, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored onboarding and training programs to help customers realize value quickly.
• Own the full customer lifecycle post-sale, driving adoption, retention, and healthy product usage.
• Engage technical and business stakeholders on workflows, integrations, and security requirements.
• Track and deliver on success criteria across pilots, annual, and multi-year deals.
• Monitor account health and intervene to keep customers on track.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to Product and Engineering.
• Build foundational playbooks and processes for a scalable customer success function.
