Job summary

Avallon is hiring a Founding Deployment Strategist to lead large, end‑to‑end customer engagements. You will drive transformation of claims workflows with AI-enabled agents, working with Forward Deployed Engineers, and define our deployment playbooks as we scale from a few enterprise accounts to many.

You’ll own the plan, manage executive relationships, and prove value from implementation through launch, while operating in NYC in person.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years running enterprise programs at a top consulting firm or large-scale implementation practice.
• Strong product instinct: translate customer requests into engineer-ready problems.
• Able to read API docs and participate in integration discussions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end to end from kickoff to go-live with milestones and exec updates.
• Build and manage executive relationships across Claims, Ops, IT and procurement.
• Define success metrics upfront and track results as deployments go live.
• Advocate for the customer inside Avallon and surface blockers to the roadmap.
• Lay the foundation for the deployment function with repeatable playbooks.
