Specter is seeking a Founding Deployment Strategist to partner with sales, deployment operations, and engineering to deliver customer value and drive expansion and renewal.

You will embed with customers, uncover high-value use cases, and co-develop features that scale across industries, aiming for dense deployments and increased sensor networks. The role emphasizes in-person engagement and travel to customer sites to ensure on-time delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating enterprise accounts from pilots to multi-million dollar expansions.
• Ability to build trust with engineers, sales teams, and customers.
• Willingness to travel and be in-person with customers across regions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand highest-value use cases and collaborate with engineering, deployment operations, and GTM to deliver them.
• Own post-sales discovery and align customer and company priorities for measurable outcomes.
• Meet customers on-site at deployed locations and drive field-implementation activities.
• Co-develop new features with customers to generalize value across verticals.
• Understand product details (platform, ML, firmware, hardware) and translate needs to engineering.
• Leverage AI/agents to close gaps between customers and internal teams.
